Smiko

FAQ

Q: I don't know how to build this myself!

A: You can find prebuilts for just about everything lying around, but for legal reasons they will not be directly provided. Consider joining Titanium Network and looking around.

Q: I found a bug! Where do I report it?

A: First of all, make sure you're not being stupid and doing something very wrong. If your "bug" is something among the lines of "I can't unenroll/reenroll!", "I don't know how to etc etc!", "I need help!", do not make a bug report. It is not our fault if you cannot unenroll/reenroll, if you don't know how to do stuff, redirect your tech support to TN or HavenOverflow's public server.

Now, if you have an actual problem with Smiko unrelated to patches or your lack of knowledge, head over to the issues page, make sure there are no duplicate issues, and if there aren't, post a detailed description of the issue, and if you know what you're doing, a proposed solution.

If you want to make actual contributions to Smiko, consider submitting a pull request.

Q: Can I build this on Windows?

A: No. Use a virtual machine, or if possible live-boot a linux distro of your choosing to compile Smiko. WSL2 is supported, but it must be done entirely from the linux filesystem (nothing on /mnt) and WSL1 will not work.

Q: I don't understand the instructions!

A: The instructions were made as clear as possible. If you're still confused, redirect your questions to the public server or Titanium Network. Do not ping any moderators for help or you will be muted/banned and laughed at.

Q: Can I do this without a flash drive?

A: Yes, but it requires a special type of cable known as a "SuzyQable", and a host computer to handle the injecting. Smiko comes bundled with a web injector called Cortana, which can be used to inject any target device with
